Our goal in offering this program is to extend our partners' solution and delivery capabilities to ensure successful development, deployment and distribution of end-to-end solutions that exceed customer expectations. Rather than try to be all things to all people, Wavesight focuses on what it does best in the partnership -- developing best of breed communication technologies -- and partners with others to provide customers with the solution they need.

How it works
You can manage as much or as little of the sales process with your clients as you like. For example, you can simply pass us the sales lead and we will do all the selling--we'd then let you know what solution your customer requires and how to configure their systems appropriately. Or you can be more active in the process and order a solution on their behalf. Similar flexibility exists with support services --you can be the first line for all technical issues (supported by our training and on-going back-up support) or Wavesight is happy to support your clients directly. Either way, you always remain in control.
