WaveMAX supports all mandatory and optional modes specified in 802.11i, including: 128 Bit Encryption - a 128-entry Key Cache holds both shared and unique keys on a per-station basis. 40 Bit Encryption is provided for access points. AES – WaveMAX employs the AES (Advanced Encryption Scheme) cipher for its 128 Bit encryption. This provides Military-level encryption to complete the security suite.
