By eliminating the ongoing cost, delays and disruption of laying fibre, the new range offers a modular, high performance solution for the connection of video, audio, telemetry and alarm signals to a Wavesight’s wireless Ethernet bridges, offering secure long range wireless connectivity for a very wide range of critical applications including City Centre CCTV, Homeland Security and transport monitoring systems. Offering a choice of two video interface units and a wireless outdoor dome camera, the new range seamlessly integrates with our next generation radio technology to provide extremely low latency, essential for real time applications including voice, video and telemetry control. Once decoded, the streams can be presented either as standard composite video for CCTV, or digitally for use across the network on PC or LCD monitors, greatly reducing the capital investment required by the end user. This means that for the first time, integrators have a complete, high performance wireless surveillance solution that is competitively priced, easy to deploy and backwards compatible with existing analogue CCTV already onsite - a winning package.
