As construction on the site evolves over the next 18-24 months, the management team wanted remote access and live images of the site at the security gate. With the help of Thermal Imaging Cameras from Mobotix and wireless radios from Wavesight mounted on 12 M poles_ live feed is being captured and transmitted to the security gate. The cameras and radios consuming up to 30 watts per hour are being powered by the solar panels with lens surface technology vertically mounted on the poles. Lithium ion phosphate batteries and an intelligent battery management system power the equipment 24/7. Lastly with the help of a smart controller and a web box _ contained within the solar jackets – remote access to the system has been made possible reducing the cost and time associated with the maintenance
Delta Security located in Manama Bahrain was responsible for the execution of the project with help from engineers from Wavesight and SEDI GMBH. The installation across the site was completed in 10 days.
